​WHAT HAVE I LEARNED?

We have been and continue to be BAMBOOZLED FOLKS! 

​
 We can reverse and prevent most of the common diseases and health problems facing us... heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke, type 2 diabetes,  colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, arthritis, and many of the other common degenerative diseases.

I found this out the hard way.
 Maybe you won't have to?


I don't know why I am like I am, but I have always been one to question things.  But for some reason, I never questioned our medical doctors with their white coats and stethoscopes for most of my adult life.  

That was a big mistake.


I will never forget sitting in my doctor's office during a bout with a very serious lung infection thinking to myself...

 "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."

Every time something went wrong with my wife's and my health we would run to our doctor for help and what did we receive?  More Drugs.

But was our health getting any better?

NOPE! ​
"THERE IS NO $ IN HEALTH FOLKS...THE MONEY IS IN DISEASE AND DRUGS!"

Why did I name this website SADSADSAD?  

EAT a...   ​Standard American D​​​iet  (SAD)

SEE a...  Standard American ​Doctor (SAD)

DIE a...    Standard American Death. (SAD)

So yes... SAD...SAD...SAD!

COULD THE ANSWER REALLY
​ BE THIS SIMPLE?

The answer is a simple one.  But finding it was not so simple with all the misinformation and propaganda out there.

But a
fter studying this for years and reading 30 or 40 books over and over... and watching and dissecting 100's of documentaries and you tube videos over and over, I finally did find the right medical doctors with the right answers.
So if you think I'm against doctors, you'd be wrong...
I'm against the wrong doctors.)


For most of you it may sound like a bitter pill to swallow...as it did me in the beginning, but it is this simple:
Eat a  PLANT BASED DIET...
Yes, it's
THE FOOD!

But believe me, this is a lot easier than you think.  I have always LOVED TO EAT and still do!  So, please trust me on this, when you learn how to prepare food you will learn to love all the wonderful Mouth Watering PLANT BASED foods out there like... Veggie Burgers, Tofu , Tempeh Ruebens, Wraps, Spaghetti, Lasagna, Pizza, BLT's, Baked "Sweet Potato" Fries, Many Thai & Chinese Vegetable Dishes, Hummus, Dips, Tacos, Burritos, Salads with healthy dressings, Potato Salads, Cole Slaw, Indian Foods, Chili, Soups, "Ice Cream" Smoothies... on & on.  

This VEGAN REUBEN to the left made with tempeh is "TO DIE FOR"... but oh yeah... you won't have to when eating this!

After 5 years now eating Plant Based Foods (NO MEAT, DAIRY, EGGS) ... my gorgeous, beautiful, sexy wife Tammy has found some wonderful, healthy, mouth watering recipes. Look at her, then look at me? - Am I a hell of salesman or what?

If you do nothing else please start this one thing!  Buy a Vitamix or similar high speed blender and start your day off with a "Green Smoothie"... you will not believe the energy and health benefits you will get from doing this one simple thing.  And they taste absolutely incredible!  And his mom's story on her road back to health is very funny.

Pad Thai from the Vegan Zombie (5 min.)
This crazy young Vegan is funny to watch and is one amazing chef!  Tammy tweaks this recipe to make it healthier. Replaces olive with coconut oil & lot less oil, less sugar (or you can also replace sugar with stevia / half amt of sugar) and she adds more cabbage, carrots and other vegetables.

Vegan Black Bean Sweet Potato Chili
You can make this non-spicy or spicy depending on your palette.  This is one very hearty, tasty dish everyone will enjoy.  Tammy loves how the sweet potato sweetens up this wonderful Chili.  If you want it healthier make without the oil and use water to saute the sweet potato and onion instead of oil.
